What’s Community Supported Agriculture?

Our CSA program is a way for us, the farmers, to market our organic veggies directly to customers like you. The direct connection eliminates the middle man and provides us with a fair return for our labor. This direct connection also ensures that our members know who and where there food comes from. Members of the program have many options to choose from to it their needs. From small to large, weekly or by weekly, and early spring, all of which is produced on our organic farm. By joining the CSA in advance (January thru April), it provides us with the initial funding to purchase supplies for the upcoming season, and plan out the season. In return for your membership you receive a portion or share of the seasons bounty of produce. Members can choose to receive different sizes of shares depending on the amount of vegetables they can use. Your share box is then delivered to your chosen pick-up location. You also receive a weekly newsletter from us with vegetable recipes and cooking ideas, storage tips, vegetable identification and news from the farm about the growing season.

By joining our CSA, it allows you to eat fresh, seasonally, locally, and organically grown veggies, picked the day before delivery. CSA is like preventative health care. The healthier you eat, the less likely it is that you will need medical attention in the future. And the healthier you will feel.
